B cells — naive
Reference-based blood cell deconvolution from the EpiDISH R package (Bioconductor, GPL-2), built on FACS-sorted leukocyte data from Salas et al. 2022. 12 cell types resolved; MSA samples use a 574-CpG subset of the published 600-CpG panel.
Bands are the ones Orviva uses to colour a result; they come from the source publication's cohort and are not diagnostic thresholds.

What does a high or low B cells — naive mean?
This is a blood cell proportion inferred from methylation (deconvolution). It correlates with, but is not identical to, a CBC differential; it is used to adjust the other methylation measures and as a coarse read on immune status.

Epigenetic clocks are research-grade estimates with a test-retest noise of several years. A single result is a snapshot, not a verdict; trends over repeated samples are what carry information. For general education only — not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical advice.
